Our meals are prepared fresh and shipped in insulated boxes with non-toxic gel packs designed to maintain a refrigerated temperature for up to 48 hours in transit.
Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
No, you do not need to be home. Our couriers are instructed to leave the package at your doorstep or with a building concierge. The insulation will keep your food safe until you return.

What is your policy on returns or refunds?
